MUSEO CIVICO ARCHEOLOGICO

Located in Palazzo Porti, the museum exhibits, on two floors, archaeological material discovered in Cirò and its surroundings. On the first floor, ceramics and metal objects (helmet, belt, tools...) from the Archaic, Classical and Hellenistic periods, coming from the area of the temple of Apollo Alaios and ancient Crimissa. On the second floor, photographs show the surveys carried out on the seabed of the Calabrian coast in recent decades.
