It's not easy to offer vegan cuisine without resorting to the endless soy steaks! The challenge is taken up by this address which finds its inspiration in the diversity of the beautiful products of the land of Puglia, declined in unexpected associations, embellished with wild herbs, spices, dried fruits. It's good, it's tasty, and the simple reading of the map creates curiosity. To be tested with children (without announcing the colour beforehand) to be able to observe them delightfully swallow the vegetables they sulk at home!

Per ora due stelle in quanto non abbiamo avuto modo di sperimentare, volevamo prenotare ma non ci è mai stato risposto al modulo di contatto che si trova sul loro sito e quindi abbiamo soprasseduto. Aggiorneremo la recensione e il numero di stelle se in futuro riproveremo e andremo, nel caso faremo video anche per il nostro canale YouTube "Finestra Libera".

Se non sei vegano questo è il posto giusto per te! finalmente scoprirai che i vegani non mangiano solo insalata e verdure grigliate ma ricercano sapori della tradizione e dell'innovazione semplicemente in chiave vegetale!
Mangiare qui è stata una scoperta: nonostante sia già vegetariana, tutto ciò che ho mangiato mi ha colpito nei sapori, nella ricerca e anche nella perspicacia che i proprietari hanno avuto Nell'aprire un locale cosi, lunga vita al vostro progetto!
