It's not easy to offer vegan cuisine without resorting to the endless soy steaks! The challenge is taken up by this address which finds its inspiration in the diversity of the beautiful products of the land of Puglia, declined in unexpected associations, embellished with wild herbs, spices, dried fruits. It's good, it's tasty, and the simple reading of the map creates curiosity. To be tested with children (without announcing the colour beforehand) to be able to observe them delightfully swallow the vegetables they sulk at home!

Con grandissima sorpresa sono rimasta più che soddisfatta da questo locale; accogliente, intimo e adatto a qualsiasi occasione. Il personale di sala (mi sento di specificare il nome di Roberto in questo caso, eccellente) è stato educato, affabile e competente. I piatti che servono superano tutte le aspettative di chi è disposto ad adare oltre gli inutili stereotipi. Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti (scrigno di pane tostato ripieno di rape e funghi, rosa di patate al forno con panna al tartufo), 2 primi (linguine al pesto di pistacchio, gnocchi di broccoli con salsiccia e funghi su vellutata di camembert), 1 secondo (frittelle di lampascioni con maionese alle rape) e 2 dessert del giorno (brownies e cheesecake al pistacchio) più una bottiglia di vino rosato spendendo poco più di 111,00€. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti almeno una volta nella vita. Non si torna più indietro.
