It's not easy to offer vegan cuisine without resorting to the endless soy steaks! The challenge is taken up by this address which finds its inspiration in the diversity of the beautiful products of the land of Puglia, declined in unexpected associations, embellished with wild herbs, spices, dried fruits. It's good, it's tasty, and the simple reading of the map creates curiosity. To be tested with children (without announcing the colour beforehand) to be able to observe them delightfully swallow the vegetables they sulk at home!

Sono stata qui per il pranzo di Pasquetta a menu fisso, ma mi sono ripromessa di ritornarci e assaggiare il menu alla carta. Per quel che ho potuto assaggiare, il menu di Pasquetta era particolare e ricercato, forse un po’ meno per il secondo ( i capperi erano davvero troppo salati) e il dolce (un tortino a base di carota e crema insapore). Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più dal servizio, la cameriera non presentava i piatti come invece ha fatto poi un altro cameriere, e con noi non si sono soffermati a parlare nonostante lo avessero visibilmente apertamente fatto con altri ospiti

Ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene..sinceramente ho trovato pietanze troppo elaborate, a prezzi altini (giustamente, perché conformi a tutte quelle preparazioni). Ma sinceramente avrei preferito qualcosa di un po’ meno elaborato, accessibile a tutte le tasche, in modo da far avvicinare più persone al mondo vegano.

We ended up in here trying to find another restaurant as we got lost. Looking from the outside it looked nice, and checking out the reviews - it was good.
Though as we sat down and I kept reading, I noticed it was vegan. I kind of ended up getting scared as I traveled with family and they weren't keen on vegan food.
Thinking further, I ended up ordering tacos and the pistachio pesto spaghetti - and they were divine. Thanks to Pesto di Pistacchio, I can actually walk into some vegan restaurants with my parents as they really find the choices delicious. I would definitely recommend, and would totally come back if i am in Trani.
