This restaurant is a cultural cradle under an architecture of great prestige. In fact, it is part of the ancient medieval fort of Trani, which was built to protect the eastern point of the port and which includes the church of Sant'Antuono (12th century). You can admire the superb panorama from the terrace. Above all, this church has become the seat of one of the best restaurants in Puglia. Surprising combinations of sea and local products, plates with millimetre dressings, all the senses are put to use. A beautiful moment in perspective!

Ristorante sul molo di Trani difronte alla bellissima cattedrale. Servizio impeccabile e preparato con nuove tecnologie e biglietti per prenotazioni. Cibo di ottimo livello con preparazioni scenografiche ma di sostanza. Tazzine del caffè da incorniciare con zuccherino a forma di cuore. Complimenti . Prezzo alto ma parametrato a qualità e servizio. Clientela locale di buon livello.

Location molto suggestiva. Cibo buono ma non eccezionale. Credo che un posto che offre degustazioni da 100 euro debba sicuramente offrire un servizio migliore. Non ho riscontrato un servizio al tavolo di livello, nonostante siano comunque stati molto gentili. I piatti puliti sono arrivati ancora bagnati e leggermente opachi a causa della loro usura. In generale ho percepito il posto un po’ troppo caotico e poco curato nei dettagli e nella pulizia.

Abbiamo pranzato all'interno del Fortino, pesce cucinato in maniera divina, ottimo servizio, alta qualità delle materie prime. C'è anche un'area esterna con vista sul porto e sul bellissimo borgo marinaro di Trani. Massima attenzione per la celiachia e le intolleranze. Complimenti davvero!
