MARCHÉ (TRŽIŠTE - ТРЖИШТЕ)

This covered market is one of the most picturesque in the country and as such is worth a visit. You can find everything in abundance: cheese, eggs, fruit and vegetables, olives, olive oil and even tobacco from Ostros, near Lake Skadar. A real souk, an oriental atmosphere with the sound of the calls to prayer from the surrounding mosques as the population of this town is mostly Muslim.
