DRAGON PROJECT

Large water sports centre specialising in kitesurfing, windsurfing and catamaran sailing based in Velika Plaza near Ulcinj. Open from May to September, it offers courses for all levels (beginner to advanced).

The instructors are IKO, BKSA and RYA qualified.

The philosophy of the centre is to learn from the water, to have fun in a safe and relaxed environment, for extreme fun and a unique experience, with a private beach, camping area, fresh water facilities, electricity, bar, restaurant and parking.
