A very luxurious hotel. On the waterfront, it is modern and sophisticated in style. The rooms are equipped with terrace with sea view. Air conditioning, Wifi, safe and minibar are included. It has three restaurants: the first, Show Cooking, on the terrace, the second on the top floor with sea view and the third on the beach. It has five bars, a SPA, conference rooms, a heliport and a casino.

There is two swimming pools and one small, I believe for the kids. One is only for adults. If you want to visit spa but you are not staying in the hotel you can access paying 30 euro for whole day. There is also gym which you can use. Three saunas. Parking is small outside. Also hair dryer is not really strong but you can take stronger one from spa reception. I didn’t know that because it’s not written anywhere and no one is mentioning it. If you want to drink or eat something next to the pool you can pay there directly to staff. But if you say to pay upstairs at the spa reception you will need to wait at the end staff from the pool to come upstairs. I believe it should be organised easier for staff and us( for them not to go up and down, for us not to wait).

Хороший спа, 5 саун и три бассейна, то что нужно в холодный декабрь. Отдохнули хорошо, единственное первый раз при отели увидели грязные окна , которые немного испортили вид на море.

Terrible parking. Always no places. If you aren't a guest, they can refuse with the keys (locker), because they always keeping some reserve for hotel guests. This is what just happened to me, so I left with nothing.

Были с женой в ее день рождения в спа, взяли программу time for two, час массажа, час ухода за лицом и час отдыха в kings apartments с большой ванной после процедур

Массаж и уход за лицом был прекрасен, но час отдыха прошёл странно, в программу входит бутылка шампанского, она была, но никто не предупредил что туалета внутри номера нет, и пришлось его искать

Дальше мы поняли что в номере не было воды, опять же на поиски до ресепшена, потом оказалось что в номере с большой ванной нет шампуня и Геля для душа, мне понадобилось два похода до ресепшена что бы две заветные бутылочки оказались у меня. Час отдыха превратился в логистику по спа комплексу.

Резюмируя, процедуры ухода - отличные, но общий уровень сервиса ломает все впечатления.

Как я понял сотрудники где то процессе поняли что нам не очень rest, поэтому на выходе нас просто не спросили как все прошло)

Prostorný hotelový SPA wellness i pro veřejnost. Denní vstupné v listopadu 2023 bylo 30€. 3 sauny, 2 velké bazény s vlažnou vodou. Vířivky jen na oko, stejná vlažná voda. Výhled na moře. Zklamání akorát, že nebyl k dispozici studený bazén po saunování, jen sprchy, nebo kýbl. Celkově moc otevřený prostor SPA mě nijak nenadchl ale účel splní. Wellness služby budou určitě na profesionální úrovni.
