It is 16 meters high and is one of the few remains of the Ottoman era in Podgorica, spared from bombing during the Second World War. The mechanism was completely replaced in 2012. Located in the heart of the old Ottoman city, it will be the starting point to visit the mosques and shops in the vicinity.
