Hotel with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and a nice pool in Neiva
Well located, five minutes walk from the center and the bus station, Hotel Matamundo is an old farm converted into a hotel. A colonial building with an old-fashioned charm, quietly surrounded by gardens. The whole is rather old-fashioned but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is pleasant, with the heat of Neiva, and the restaurant on the spot, with a correct kitchen, and concerts sometimes in the weekend. Charming welcome, especially for foreign tourists, few of whom stay in Neiva. Reasonable prices.

Excelente servicio como restaurante, las comidas son deliciosas y tienen gran variedad de platos, no puedo opinar como hotel porque no me he hospedado allí.

Ha desmejorado mucho, en nuestra estadía no funcionaban los controles de TV ni del aire, el desayuno muy malo, y todo el hotel se ve súper descuidado, manteles rotos, espacios sucios. Al cambiar de habitación no hicieron el aseo el primer día y al segundo lo hicieron porque lo pedimos pero no cambiaron las toallas. La verdad la relación costo beneficio no resulta porque por el mismo precio y aún más bajo se pueden conseguir mejores opciones en neiva. Ofrecen un servicio de piscina que no se puede usar porque a la vista permanece muy sucia. En esta ocasión no fue buena la experiencia.
