Archaeological museum in Pasto, with remarkable and well-presented pieces and interesting explanations

Pasto also has its Gold Museum, belonging like the others to the Banco de la República. Inaugurated at the end of 2016, it has an important collection of ceramics and silverware from societies that populated the southern Andes and the Pacific region in pre-Columbian times. Remarkable pieces and well highlighted by a successful illumination and interesting explanations. An archaeological museum, with an important ethnographic component, with work with the current indigenous groups of Nariño.
