At the foot of the Morro de Tulcán, the Rincón Payanes or Pueblito Patajo, is a miniature replica of Popayán and its main monuments. You can see the Torre del Reloj, La Ermita or the Puente del Humilladero. The tour is quick, but you can stay longer to have a drink and taste the regional sweets in the small kiosks. There are also craft stores. To do before going to the top of Morro, or on the way back. A lively place on weekends.
