In the heart of Popayan, 100 m from Parque Caldas, a hotel of great historical value. It was in this late 18th century house that Don Joaquín Mosquera, the first President of Colombia (1830), lived and where Guillermo León Valencia, President between 1962 and 1966, was born. Don't be impressed, the welcome is family and warm. Wooden antiques dominate and the classic style decoration is full of charm.
