A nice change from traditional local cuisine. It was set up by Chantal Guerin, a friendly Swiss-born chef who has lived in Popayán for some twenty years. The welcome is warm and the service excellent. Chantal makes her own soups, sauces and pastas, using only the freshest ingredients grown by Cauca farmers. On the menu, pasta, lasagne, pizzas, rare meats (at last!), and everything is good! There's even fondue if you fancy.

Très bonne pizza par contre très copieux. Salle agréable décorée d’affiches du festival de Montreux.

Popayan n'offre pas un large choix au niveau restauration, donc même si on ne vient pas en Colombie pour manger italien, ce restaurant fait partie des très bonnes options dans la ville. On y mange vraiment bien, et après une bonne randonnée on peut même se laisser tenter par une petite fondue! Je ne saurais que trop recommander le churrasco, un vrai délice.
