Apart from Salento, this restaurant is the one where the most trout dishes are sold on the weekend. He is indeed lots of regulars from Armenia or Pereira, who come to "Juan B", to enjoy the intoxicating environment. If you go late in the afternoon, treat yourself to a hot wine or a canelazo.
