In a beautiful house in the Poblado, this is one of the best gastronomic restaurants in Medellín, run by Carmen Ángel and Rob Pevitts. The menu celebrates Colombia's biodiversity, with an updated use of ancestral Colombian ingredients from different regions, with contemporary cooking techniques. Inventive, refined and well-presented dishes, with a ten-step menu, for the restaurant's tenth anniversary. Nice wine list. The setting is modern and casual, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with impeccable service.
