This botanical garden located in the center of the island of San Andres, has the objective of conserving the native species of the archipelago

This botanical garden of 8 hectares, belonging to the National University of Colombia, is located in the center of the island of San Andres. Its objective is to preserve the native species of the archipelago. A pleasant walk of about 40 minutes on clean and well-maintained paths, in the middle of the tropical vegetation, allows to appreciate many endemic species. A nice view on the island from the mirador. The staff is friendly.
