A modern and huge 5-star hotel (one hundred and seventy rooms), with private beach, swimming pool encroaching on the sea (to admit that the site is magnificent) and a smiling staff. Attention, all rooms (of impeccable comfort, but which would have deserved a hint of character plus, and some signs of ageing also) do not give on the sea. We rent jet-skis, kayaks, diving equipment, etc. Spa, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym. The most beautiful complex of the island, despite its delightful, as well as the best nightclub, Deep Blue (come there absolutely, even if you don't stay there).

This hotel has seen better days. The building lacks maintenance and is very dirty, including the doors and windows, thus obstructing the ocean view. Poor management extends to front desk with very slow check out and never got my final bill by email despite numerous attempts. Breakfast was ok by local standards but gave me food poisoning. Many better options at San Andrés.

Este hotel fue nuestra mejor decisión para conocer San Andres, la atención del personal fue excelente, las instalaciones estaban en buenas condiciones. Su playa es muy tranquila y la disfrutamos mucho.

Lo consideraba un gran hotel, pero ha desmejorado bastante, sus instalaciones bastante deterioradas. El proceso de recepción para check in es un caos total, desorden por dónde quieran verlo. Tuvimos problemas con la habitacion porque tenía al lado un ruido tenaz, por los motores del airé que funciona. Al lado, me movieron a una que tenia problemas con el aire y el teléfono. El área de piscina no tiene ni una carpa para protegerte, y la playa privada está igualmente deteriorada y contaminada por las embarcaciones cercanas.
De rescatar la atención de algunas personas, el restaurante tiene una deliciosa comida. No volvería, por el precio hay mejores opciones en SAI.
