The Casa del Carnaval is the headquarters of the foundation in charge of the organization of the Carnival and the meeting point of the participants, before and after the parades. Next door, the Museo del Carnaval is an interactive museum where you can discover the Carnival with music, photos and videos, as if you were there. The exterior of this modern building changes colors with a visual effect inspired by the work of Venezuelan artist Carlos Cruz-Díez.
