The head of a large family, Doña Doris started to live from her cooking in 1985. Due to her success, she had to move her restaurant to the family home. She goes to the market every morning at 4:00 am to buy food for a menu that changes every day. The regulars don't hesitate to cross the city on Sundays to enjoy traditional dishes, such as beef tongue, carne posta, or mazamorra de maíz verde for dessert. A hearty and authentic local cuisine, in an ultra-colored and warm setting that honors the carnival.
