ARMENIAN CATHEDRAL (ВІРМЕНСЬКИЙ СОБОР)

Armenians are one of the oldest communities in Ukraine. Armenian settlements existed in Lviv, Kiev, Kamyanets-Podilsky and Crimea. The colony of Lviv formed during the th century. Merchants and artisans contribute significantly to the development of the city. At the end of the th century, they were completely assimilated and their family names filled. A true architectural jewel, this cathedral consists of several parts, the oldest of which, in the south, dates back to 1363.
