Fifteen-storey former hotel with a beautiful view of the city, numerous services and regular promotional offers.
This is the old hotel that was used to welcome foreign dignitaries during the end of the communist period. It is 15 storeys high and offers a beautiful view of the city. Opened in 1979, and recently renovated, it suffers however from an outdated design: tiny bathrooms, narrow elevators, sound insulation problems. But its location and regular promotional offers make it an interesting establishment. Suitable restaurant, many services. Note, in the same area, the Plaza Hotel located in the big tower behind the mosque.

excellente situation
Hôtel relativement ancien dont les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais tout à fait convenables. La situation est excellente, à côté du musée national d'Histoire, sur la place Skanderbeg
