Fortunately, establishments such as Millesim Plage come to contradict this bad reputation. In a dream setting, feet in the sand and facing the sea, the address invites gourmets to a moment of relaxation and delight, orchestrated with flavours by chef Vincent Berthelon. With the help of delicious raw and fresh products, mainly from the Occitania region (local fishing, meat from the Aveyron...), he concocts harmonious and colourful plates.
