MER ET SABLE
Generous cuisine, good value for money, to enjoy on a terrace facing the port of Cap d'Agde.
It is the Cotelle, a very pleasant couple of restaurateurs, who welcome you on this pretty terrace in warm colours, installed in front of the most luxurious boats moored in the port of Cap d'Agde. Sébastien, in the kitchen, and Aurore, in the dining room, offer a cuisine made from the best products for simply generous plates and a remarkable quality/price ratio. The starter menu suggests a crispy hot goat's cheese in smoked bacon dress, a deliciously creamy crab soup or a pan-fried foie gras escalope with caramelized apples. For the dish, it will be roasted red mullet fillets, zucchini caviar shortbread, a roasted fillet of wolf or Saint-Pierre, a steak of Aubrac beef and its mushroom duxelle, scallops au gratin with a leek fondue with Noilly Prat. A fine selection of Languedoc wines and gourmet desserts round off the meal. An address to remember.
