Une autre année à l'hôtel Juana et l'hôtel s'améliore avec le développement du Paseo qui est dynamique et très accueillant. Nous serons de retour. Cependant, l'hôtel partenaire Belle Rives n'est plus bon avec un service médiocre, un maître d'hôtel impoli et de la nourriture avec "un peu de gluten" servie à quelqu'un qui a été signalé comme coeliaque! Nous n'y serons plus.

Un bon 4 étoiles entre des chambres vieillissantes et un personnel peut a l écoute (sauf la conciergerie)
Chambre n était bien nettoyée les rideaux tombaient pas de service le soir
Bref un bon 4 étoiles avec très bon emplacement…mais je ne comprends pas la 5eme étoile. Aucune question si nous avons passé un bon séjour la recherche de clients satisfait apparemment n est une priorité. Le resto passeo est sympa coloré malheureusement bug informatique et notre commande a été perdue…nous sommes partis avec grande faim au bout d 1h15….donc clairement pas un 5 étoiles
