Ideal high altitude bistro where the chef proposes a daily dish in Sauze-super-Sauze

This high-altitude bistro is ideal for skiers. Run by lovely people who decided to leave the city for the fresh air of the Ubaye valley, this place reflects their good mood. Come and try the Ubaye big burger, gnocchi gratin with gorgonzola or other mountain specialities. The chef proposes a daily special. Weather permitting, you can also take advantage of the sunny terrace. In winter, access is by the Alp chairlift for pedestrians and skiers, or by the snowshoe trail for ski touring.

Opening time and information on LE 2100

Open from December to April and from July to August 7 days a week. Open every day and on public holidays from 9:30 am to 4 pm. Reservation recommended. Menu : 20 € approximately.

Owner's Message

The 2100 is the spot not to be missed in Sauze! Restaurant of altitude, for you breaks between 2 tracks. On a music tune, installed in front of the view, come and enjoy a relaxing moment. Our chef prepares with care our dishes served at table or boards to share.
