"Chez Christian et Nicolas" is a mountain butcher's shop that is particularly well stocked with quality and tasty products! Since 2018, Floriant has taken over the family business by developing the catering department. In the heart of the resort, you will find stones (with the possibility of loaning equipment), fresh steaks, Burgundy and Savoyard fondue with three cheeses, farm chickens cooked on site, roasted veal and pork, poached veal, lamb skewers... The establishment also offers stuffed tomatoes, terrines with varied flavours (wild boar, shepherd, genepi, roe deer, juniper, goat fagot...) as well as pure pork or donkey sausages (from Cedric - Haut Verdon) with 14 varieties, with nuts, hazelnuts, herbes de Provence and more original blueberries, chanterelles, Beaufort or tartiflette ! A beautiful choice of whole raw milk farmhouse cheeses "Les brebis de Julie" also has its place in this beautiful butcher's shop, a delicatessen and delicatessen

Les produits sont excellents, nous y avons commandé des saucissons pour l'apéritif ainsi que des plateaux pour raclette avec fromage et charcuterie assorti (en plein Juillet).
Les prix étaient très correct, la quantité au RDV et nous nous sommes régalés !
