Très mauvaise expérience où on nous a clairement signifié qu’il fallait parler en anglais et non en français car la plupart des serveurs ne parlaient pas Français ! Heureusement qu’il Y a plein d’autres endroits très sympathiques et accueillants à Val Thorens !

Pourtant, la terrasse n'était pas pleine.

Tjeneren var arrogant og gad ikke rigtigt betjene os, ville hellere holde røgepauser. Vi spurgte allernådigst om vi måtte bestille da vi havde ventet utroligt længe, og hans svar var, at hvis vi var utilfredse kunne vi bare finde et andet sted. Det gjorde vi så.

Eten is goed so naar de mensen in de keuken ! Service is super slecht, personeel is snel geïrriteerd. Ze laten eten en bier over je spullen heen vallen en lachen je vervolgens uit, terwijl wij de spullen weg konden gooien. De baas of manager daar is ook zo egoïstisch, bijna al het personeel die serveert. Behalve bij de klapstoeltjes voor die meneer is echt 10/10.

Quick French coffee at 11am. Served hot and delicious. Outdoor seating in their tables very good but a little cramped when all tables are full. Great sunny spot though with terrific views of Val Thorens. Staff friendly spoke good Frenglish ????

Siamo arrivati a Jasper lunedì a mezzogiorno. La mia insalata è arrivata dopo le pizze e i burger dei miei amici. Anna, che si occupava di noi, era molto simpatica e sorridente, e ci ha permesso di passare un buon momento. The man with the badge "I Am The Boss" was one of the angriest men I've seen. The wait staff were lovely, but he ruined the atmosphere by clearly treating his staff poorly and being very blunt and aggressive towards us. While the food and the majority of the staff were nice, I would not come here again.

On a voulut commander au bar, on nous a dis qu'il fallait attendre sur les transats. On attendu 20 minutes avant de leur redemander on nous a dis "vous allez attendre un peu plus longtemps" surtout que ce n'était pas plein.

Très mauvaise expérience avec l'un de vos serveurs, nous nous sommes rendus auprès de cet établissement afin d'y boire un verre (nous n'avons pas testé la restauration)

Serveur malpoli, se sentant investi de la mission. Après plusieurs oublis de commande (pourtant 2 coca, 1 vin chaud et 1 café) et ayant déjà réglé l'addition nous lui avons gentiment fait remarquer l'oubli (20 minutes d'attente pour un café) Monsieur préférait prendre d'autres commandes sans nous prêter attention et nous rappeler que c'était pas de sa faute s'il avait oublié.

(PS : Tout les autres serveurs étaient top, bonne ambiance générale)

I've been to Jasper multiple times spread over multiple years, but this restaurant is very consistent in being ABSOLUTELY horrible in every aspect. The only reason people go to this place is due to the central location. If you order here, you need to wait at least 45 minutes to get your food or drinks, which will be cold by then. And the waiters are always grumpy and ignorant. If I could give -10 stars I would.
