Every year, the Beaufort cheese, emblematic of the Savoyard gastronomy, is the star of a great party. We discover its secrets of artisanal manufacture, we witness a parade with a blessing of the herd of cows tarines and abundance, whose milk allows its manufacture. Animations, demonstrations, tastings and festive atmosphere, gastronomy and Savoyard traditions are on the day of August 15 th.

à vos marques, prêts, partez.... trop tard, il n'y a plus rien à manger...vivement l'année prochaine.
animation locale, adaptée, chants, danses, jeu d’extérieur...manque juste de pouvoir gouter au Beaufort!!
