Hotel perched at 2,000 meters with a sleeping capacity of 25 beds in Les Saisies.

The Refuge of the Stone Cross, perched at 2000 meters has a sleeping capacity of 25 beds. On the plate, at lunchtime in summer, you will find a good omelette, salad and delicatessen plate. In the evening, local specialities such as the Hauteluce stuffing, the Savoyard fondue or the tartiflette will be on the menu. To get there, the road is passable, but you have to be careful. And all motor vehicles are prohibited in July and August during the day. But nothing beats a good hike to the refuge. Reservations are mandatory in winter and strongly recommended in summer.

RANDONNEURS et cyclistes passez votre chemin
Lieu non recommandable, c'est la 1e fois que l'on me refuse de l'eau à vélo après 1h30 de vtt (non électrique) pour monter le col du very sous une chaleur accablante. La serveuse d'un air dédaigneux a répondu à mon conjoint qu'il pouvait aller "à la source" comprenez à 10 minutes vu dénivelé dans le jardin
chez des particuliers. REVOLTANT! Des promeneurs ayant entendu, voulaient eux même boire un verre au refuge ont boycotté vu la réaction de cette CHARMANTE serveuse...
Nous reviendrons bien évidemment avec plaisir.......
