A delicious wood-fired cuisine to be enjoyed in a restaurant with terrace and garden in Hautacam.
The family-run Auberge l'Arrioutou, open since 1972 at the foot of Hautacam, offers an authentic culinary experience with traditional Pyrenean dishes. Guests can enjoy the famous garbure, homemade pâté, wood-fired grills and homemade desserts. Later, the inn serves crêpes, local drinks or tea, to be enjoyed by the fireside or on the terrace beside a stream. It's an idyllic place to enjoy a relaxing and convivial getaway, while savoring traditional local cuisine.

C'est loin mais on y reviens toujours. Garbure, saucisson et boudin maison, côtes de mouton grillées au feu de bois, pommes de terre façon bonne femme, flan myrtilles maison, tout est copieux et bien servi dans une ancienne étable charmante.
