EL FOGÓN DE ABUELA

The restaurant El Fogón de Abuela is located on the coast of Camuy, a few steps from the beach El Peñón Amador. Often cited as a local reference for decades, this restaurant is indeed a very good deal in the northwest of the island. It offers Puerto Rican cuisine at reasonable prices in a pleasant setting. In a family atmosphere, you will eat excellent seafood and house specialties (for carnivores, we recommend the "cabrito fresco" fricassee, on weekends only) while admiring the expanse of the ocean.
