After having "cut his teeth" in large hotels, it was in his native city that Chef José Carles opened his first restaurant. He brings a creative touch to the local cuisine. The menu focuses on seafood; you can enjoy a fish crudo with passion fruit, or octopus risotto , with a glass of white wine. The service can be long, but the outdoor terrace and its bar make you wait. Reservations are strongly recommended.
