PLAYA PUNTA SANTIAGO

This beach is the most famous of the city. Its white and black sand (mixture of coral and volcanic material) makes it unique. A nice option to go swimming. It is very popular on weekends, but less so during the week, as the area is not very touristy. The beach has toilets, parking and kiosks where you can eat and drink. There is often a little wind, ideal for windsurfing. However, if you are looking for a paradise beach, you will be disappointed.
