Virtual hotel = it does not have a manager on site. The service delegated keys is a travel agency that is often closed and qualified to pay the many annoyance undergone during our stay. Total lack of the normal services maintenance of the cahmbres: not beds, not changed bathrooms, towels, no soap, shampoo, no refill towels paper, etc.
