PLAZA DE ARMAS
It is one of the most emblematic squares of old San Juan, conceived in colonial times as the main square of the city. Here you will find the official building of the City Hall, the State Department, as well as the bronze statue of the famous Puerto Rican salsa composer, Tito Curet Alonso, in front of which passersby like to take pictures. People come here to stroll, have a coffee at the Cuatro Estaciones kiosk, chat or play dominoes. Always busy, day and night, the place keeps a certain charm, especially in the evening.
