LA CASA DE LOS CONTRAFUERTES

This house once housed three museums: the Museum of Colonial Architecture, the Museum of African Heritage and the Museum of the Puerto Rican Family. The house itself is a fine example of the Spanish Colonial style. Historians often refer to it as one of the oldest homes in Old San Juan. Since 2012, the house has kept its name, but it has become an independent cultural center, a place for work, exhibitions, meetings and conferences.
