Marmalade is a gastronomic fusion inspired from here and elsewhere. A pure panel of natural and creative dishes made with sustainable and unmodified foods from local agriculture. Owner and chef Peter Schintler defines his cuisine as educational and earth-friendly in pursuit of his goal to clean up the eating habits of the Puerto Rican population. Excellent value for money: we recommend the 4, 5 or 6 course tasting menus. A highly recommended address.
