MUSEO CASA NACARELLO

This house, an integral part of the adjacent municipal museum, is a representative example of the architecture of the colonial period. It was built during the third phase of the city in 1790, and after undergoing renovations in 1993, it is now a place to visit that offers tourists a true experience of life in a Portuguese colonial home thanks to its typical furniture and decoration. Note its stone walls and beamed roof, notable features testifying to its history.
