Decidedly, it seems that Colonia is turning into a top dining destination, and especially since the opening of Casa Viera in November 2019. Located in the historic center, this restaurant attracts a loyal clientele who frequent it not only for its friendly and intimate atmosphere, but also for the quality of its cuisine. Accompanied by his team, owner Serafín Viera offers a selection of dishes such as empanadas with marinated pork, milanesas and grouper cooked a la plancha. It's a no-brainer.
