FIESTA DEL MATE Y DÍA DEL GAUCHO

The culture and traditions of the country are honored in this festival that celebrates the emblematic drink of Uruguay, inseparable from the image of the gaucho. The program includes three days of singing, dancing, rodeo and folklore competitions, a craft fair, games for horse trainers, demonstrations by the best riders, not to mention concerts by national and international artists at the end of the day and a parade of gauchos through the streets of the city.
