Since 2018, chef Paula Segura Mallmann and her sommelier husband Emiliano Cordeiro have been welcoming visitors to their organic farm, where they serve colorful and beautiful dishes made with seasonal produce grown in their greenhouse. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a menu featuring dishes such as fish of the day with grilled vegetables and shiitakes, burrata served with peach wedges and basil, or rack of lamb with Gremolata sauce and sweet potatoes.
