The Huella, which means "the trace" in Spanish, is the main restaurant of José Ignacio. Déguster un poisson à la parrilla à la Huella, face à l'Océan n'a pas de prix. Cela vaut le voyage depuis Montevideo (environ 140 kms) et même de plus loin. Cela vaut l'heure d'attente si vous y allez le dimanche midi en saison. Inutile de vous conseiller de terminer par une ballade sur une plage quasiment vierge
