Chef Jean-Paul Bondoux, who runs the restaurant La Bourgogne the rest of the year, pays succulent homage to his native Burgundy through his cuisine. Each dish is superbly prepared, each bite is a treat for the taste buds, the menu evolves with the seasons and the cellar contains great Uruguayan, Argentinean, Chilean and French wines and champagnes. In the adjacent store, bread, buns, croissants, pastries and other products (oils, cheeses) are honored. On weekends, don't hesitate to go for brunch.
