The Red de Turismo Comunitario de Barrio Sur y Palermo is a tourist network which, thanks to various organizations, associations and actors, plunges visitors into the rich past of the capital by evoking the cultural heritage of the Afro-Uruguayan populations who inhabited these two emblematic neighbourhoods.
