LOS YUYOS

Located in the peaceful and leafy Prado neighborhood, this century-old bar is famous for its artisanal herbal spirits(yuyos). It used to serve more than 200 varieties of these flavored liquors, all recognizable only by their color, before they decided to label them in the 1970s. The house specialty is the "caña," sugarcane juice mixed with the flavor of your choice. Today, a parrilla serving chorizos, pizzas, roasted vegetables or grilled ribs has been added to the space.
