COOKING SUN

How about taking a cooking class between two temple visits? This is what Shohei proposes in his cooking school, Cooking Sun. An opportunity to immerse yourself in Japanese culture in a different way. You will learn all about the secrets of dashi broth , local condiments and sauces, and basic dishes. You can choose two different menus: bento or izakaya, and come in a small group or alone. The sessions are conducted in English. They last 3.5 hours, in the morning and in the afternoon, and end with a meal.
