Its assets? A very convenient location a 5 minute walk from the south exit of the station and the terminal buses, the latest equipment (the hotel dates back to 2010), the rooms certainly not huge (we are in Japan) but with all comforts, impeccable cleanliness, staff very welcoming and speak English, and a very welcoming price really. In a bonus, an attractive view over the Southern part of town and the Tô-ji pagoda.
of course the whole place lacks a little charm, it is far from the ryokans traditional, but it is not the same price either...
