Unchanged for nearly 400 years, this restaurant serves kaiseki and egg dishes. The quality has guaranteed the longevity of the place whose thatched roof is still identical to that of the 19th century. The presentation of the dishes is a work in itself. Even their bentō or traditional breakfasts, served in a less picturesque annex, have a delicate taste of luxury. The prices are of course substantial, but it is an opportunity to enjoy the most refined Japanese cuisine.
