KOKURITSU NOHGAKU-DŌ

The noh theater is one of the most beautiful national theaters, with its cypress wood stage and gardens. During the day, a small but beautiful collection of masks and costumes is on display in an exhibition hall. At the end of the afternoon, we go to discover noh and kyogen, but also bunraku (puppets) and kabuki shows. The theater easily welcomes foreign tourists, thanks to performances preceded by explanations, or translations, in English. Ideal for a first initiation to these arts.
